In partnership with Christian parents, Clear Lake Christian School is charged to prepare students to become deeply-rooted life-long learners, proficient communicators and godly individuals capable and equipped to live lives that honor Christ even in the midst of cultures that are resistant to biblical truth.

We believe that the ultimate goal of a Christian education is to know God more and more. We believe that an education that is centered around Christ must recognize the truth and authority in the infallible Word of God and aim to teach all subjects from a biblical worldview and gospel- centered perspective. (Psalm 1:1-2, John 1:1, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We believe in the power and significance of prayer among the believer, and we emphasize the importance of seeking God’s wisdom and direction rather than relying on our own understanding and provision. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, James 5:16, Philippians 4:6, Proverbs 3:5-6)
We believe that the Holy Spirit is ever-present and indwells each believer and transforms their life from the inside out, producing good fruit in those empowered by Him. (Galatians 5:22-23, Acts 1:8)
We believe that the earth is the Lords and everything in it. He created it and although we have fallen and now live in a sinful world, we can still examine what a magnificent Creator He is through His workmanship. While exploring each subject, we believe our focus must be on the Author and Giver of life and His invisible attributes that penetrate the nature of the world we live in. (Romans 1:20, Psalm 19:1-4, Psalm 24:1, Psalm 33:8)
We believe that just as Jesus came to serve on earth, we are to serve one another. We believe in providing opportunities for students to serve one another, their community, and their world, and we strive to cultivate a sense of servant-leadership among our students. (Philippians 2:3-5, Matthew 20:26-28)
We believe people are valuable and that building God-honoring relationships are vital to living a spiritual healthy life as Christians. We believe God designed us to live in harmonious unity as brothers and sisters in Christ and to depend on one another. (Romans 12:16, Hebrews 10:24-25, Ephesians 2:10)
We believe that one of the most important goals of a Christian education is to make God known and make disciples—men and women who become Christ-followers and who are able to glorify God, transform the world, and reach the lost. (Matthew 28:19-20)
